My Adoption Policies
1. I will sell to anyone that can take care
of their new pup.
2. At the time to purchase, or short time
after; you will
receive your "open" registration forms. (If you have
chosen to have them registered.)
3. If for any reason you can not care for your puppy, We will be happy to
re-list your dog on our web site for a $100 listing fee.
4. We are not a puppy mill, we are just a family that breeds and sells
Boston's. We do not produce more litters than we can keep well groomed and well
socialized or housed if long term care is required.
5. My dogs come from a family environment, they are held and played with on
a daily basis.
6. My Sire and
Dame are in excellent
health.
7. I am very concerned with producing puppies with excellent temperaments
and health.
8. I can identify each puppy and I chart their growth and development from
birth.
9. I am always willing to help educate a novice buyer and happily answers
any and all questions about your new puppy.
10. I am always available for help, advice, and education to the buyer throughout
the life of the puppy.
11. I am willing to allow 48 hours for you to return the puppy,
for any reason, and give you a full refund of the purchase price. (This
time allows you to have the puppy examined by your own veterinarian.)
12.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is
required to hold your spot in line or choice of pup, with the balance due
on day of pick up or delivery.
If you need an extension for delivery
or pick up, we will gladly give you one, so long as the pup is paid in
full. Otherwise we may sell the pup to next person in line.
Deposits (via Paypal) are accepted to hold
your place in line for pick of the litter. Deposits are
NON-REFUNDABLE, for any reason, other then
accepting more deposits then we
have puppies. In that situation, you will be given the choice to leave the
deposit in place for the next litter, or receive a refund. The
choice will be yours.
